Avance - Phoenix, AZ

Avance’s design theme is desert modern; with a focus on

modern shapes, rustic materials and native planting against its South

Mountain backdrop. This master planned community is approximately

153 acres and will include 395 lots. Studio DPA worked with the client

to develop the theme, amend its site plan, and is currently finalizing

construction documents for the recreation center, community open

spaces, amenities, walls, signs, planting and irrigation. This highly

unique project’s grand opening was in May 2019.
