The purpose of each project’s theme is owner marketability and user engagement.  We work closely with clients to ensure their project vision is brought to life through a memorable theme and special attention to details.

We develop creative as well as functional layouts through a combination of site factors including; existing conditions, context, municipal requirements, circulation, solar angles, views and grading.  Team collaboration is the key to ensuring improvement are arranged successfully.

Our principals are hands on in every aspect of the landscape architectural design process.  We seamlessly take projects from concept design through construction documents and construction administration.  Our in-house team prepares hardscape, planting and irrigation plans. 

From site analysis to completed projects Studio DPA can capture the images that tell the story of your project and help generate market interest.   Our award winning videography and photography has been featured on developer websites, promotional material and shown in film festivals.  We are Part 107 licensed and insured for drone flights.
