Madison Park’s design theme is urban farmhouse. Madison Park is an infill project with small lots employing a use and benefit easement, providing a zero lot line. It includes a comunity pool. Studio DPA worked with the client to develop the theme, rezoning, and is currently finalizing construction documents for the community open spaces, amenities, walls, signs, planting and irrigation.
Windermere Ranch is a highly amenitized community
located in southeast Chandler on a 40 acre site. The Ranch Estate theme is consistent with what you would expect on a horse property. The theme is enhanced through the community’s amenity features, open spaces, entry monuments, walls and fences. Studio DPA worked with the client to create its unique theme, aided in rezoning the property through a PDP, and is currently finalizing construction documents for the community open spaces, amenities, walls, signs, planting and irrigation.
Cortona’s design theme is mid-century modern. The theme is reflected in its many entry monuments, ramadas, walls, and signs. This master planned community’s initial phase will be approximately 160 acres with four pocket parks, and two neighborhood parks. The first neighborhood park has a large group ramada, pool, a multi-use soccer/ baseball/ softball field, and tot lot. The second neighborhood park has a lake that provides irrigation water for the entire community, an amphitheater with a large group ramada, sand volleyball, basketball, bocce courts, and a large tot lot. Studio DPA worked with the client to develop the theme, modify the community entries and park amenities, and completed construction documents for the community open spaces, amenities, walls, signs, planting and irrigation.
Hazelwood is a 9-acre gated community located in the Southeast Chandler Area Plan. It has an equestrian style agricultural theme in concert with the city overlay zone. It’s amenities include neighborhood park with a turf area, a shaded gathering area and a bocce ball court. Studio DPA provided theme concepts, aided in amending the approved site plan, and provided construction documents for the amenities, hardscape, walls, planting and irrigation.
The Meadows is a master-planned community located
in Peoria, AZ and includes single family homes, abundant open
space, parks, and a community center. True to the project name, the
Landscape Architectural design was based off the desert uplands of
Arizona and includes hardscape and planting materials that reflects this aesthetic. Large swaths of grasses were combined with rustic steel, rock, and concrete to highlight notable site elements like the entry monuments, water features, streetscape and park amenities.
Northlands theme is rustic desert materials mixed with with
contemporary forms and colors. The goal of the entry was to achieve
high visibility and brand recognition from potential buyers coming from both directions (east and west). The park design focuses on providing a variety of opportunities for gathering and recreational activity.
