This 15 acre mixed use project is located in the heart of downtown Mesa with easy access to the light rail. It is comprised of apartments, condos, and street level retail. The site’s amenities include an entry plaza on Main Street, outdoor seating and stage, pool and recreation area, shade structures, bocce court, outdoor kitchen, cabanas and fire pit.
