Navarro groves - Phoenix, AZ

Navarro Groves’ theme is a modern twist on agrarian lifestyle and aesthetics. A grove of pistache trees will frame the project’s front edge. The entry monument is focused on drawing people into this gated community. The park design is focused on the demographics of the potential empty nest buyer, providing upscale gathering spaces and a system of walking trails that lead to South Mountain. Studio DPA aided in the creation of the PUD, attended public meetings, provided theme concepts, and as well as construction documents for planting, irrigation, walls, and community amenities.
