This 10 acre multifamily project is located south of the Park West Mall in Glendale, AZ. The site’s amenity package includes a dog park, pickleball court, outdoor seating and bbq areas, shade structures, large fire pit, and a community swimming pool.   

A common challenge in multifamily projects is dealing with tight spaces and drainage requirements.   The Somerset project is a good example of how those challenges can result in a thoughtful amenity design package.
