The trails - maricopa, AZ

The Trails at Tortosa is located on the southeastern side of the Tortosa community in Maricopa, AZ.  As its name suggests this 300 acre community will be designed around its trail network and the many amenities they connect.  The central feature, "Ocotillo Park", features a lake, recreation center, swimming pool, playground, pickle-ball courts, picnic areas and play fields.  Construction for phase 1 was completed in 2023.
