The View Carefree is a unique townhome community

located in the vibrant commercial core of downtown Carefree. It’s

theme is a high-quality contemporary. The project features

common area amenities commensurate with the luxury atmosphere

of the project. The jewel be the community pool featuring chaise lounge 

seating, and ramadas with deep seating,

outdoor kitchen, and bocce ball court. Studio DPA worked with

the client to develop the theme, rezoning, as well as preparation of

construction documents.
